Lea believes that any change must be inspired by users and motivated by employees. Steffi views topics as part of a larger system and is enthusiastic about making complex content visible. For her, design is communicated appreciation. And never finished. Through practical research and an interdisciplinary master's degree, she delves deep into a wide range of issues. For her, resilience, inclusion, participation, safety and creativity are crucial for future coexistence.
Nils ensures smooth processes in the office and home office at why does robin. He is the contact person for the organization of the office and takes care of small and big problems of the team. After sunset he is the drummer of a post-hardcore band.
Zuzana strengthens our team from the inside out as People & Culture Manager. For her, good collaboration starts with interpersonal relationships - through collective learning, trust and development. As an HR expert, musician and curator for music and art events, she also brings a lot of passion and experience to our colorful nest.
