About the internship
Transparency is important to us. We compensate our compulsory interns fairly with 850,00 €. The starting point is flexible - we are happy to accommodate your needs. The duration of the internship is between 3 - 6 months full time.
We are currently working mainly with German clients. Therefore you need very good German skills for an internship with us.
What you bring with you
When chat bots respond to your request in a friendly way, are you enchanted? Are you fascinated by the hot dog concept after shopping at Ikea? And while you're stuck in the phone queue, you think about how the waiting time could be reducet?
In short: For you, design is much more than aesthetic creation. You enjoy presenting complex content in an understandable way and questioning concepts. You don't see problems as insurmountable obstacles, but as a catalyst for ideas. You like to put yourself in other people's shoes and meet them at eye level – with a lot of empathy and openness. You are curious and generate valuable insights from your research. You enjoy working in a team as much as solving problems independently. You are confident in using common layout and presentation programs.
your tasks
You get to the bottom of problems and always keep the user's perspective in mind. You support us in the analysis and optimization of service processes – from research to strategy development. As a unit of why do birds, we are surrounded by sound experts, motion design professionals and software specialists. That's why you can expect projects with a focus on audio and voice.
