About Us
why does robin is the service design unit of the agency why do birds.
We support public authorities in the user-centered design and digitization of their service offerings and develop training formats for administrations. We support companies in optimizing their customer experience across touchpoints based on customer needs. As a unit of the sound and motion agency why do birds, we have special expertise in voice, voice-based services, UX sound and software development. Our clients include Deutsche Bahn, BVG, CitylabBerlin, and the German Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired.
We search
We are looking for freelancers for our Service Design Unit. Since our projects are very diverse, we are looking for a generalist who enjoys thinking in a customer-centric way and learning new topics quickly.
What you bring with you
You are curious and want to get to the bottom of things. You will generate valuable insights from your research. You like to work independently and on your own responsibility. You can present complex content in a concise and graphically sophisticated way. You think in terms of solutions and want to set your own impulses. Empathy and communication skills are among your strengths. You are open-minded and curious. You have experience in the areas of service design, user research and/or product development.
