At the Service Excellence Day at Sammhammer.

This year's Service Excellence Day at Sammhammer AG was all about "Assisted Service: Human-Machine Interaction". We were not only on site but also invited as speakers: Our founders Ann-Christin Ahrens and Daniela Hensel emphasized in their presentation how crucial the principle of Human Centered Design is especially in the field of Assisted Services.
A human-centric culture is indispensable in the development of services. In their presentation, Ann-Christin and Daniela adressed the importance ofinternal transparency in processes – silo permeability – as a first step. Transparent silo structures play an essential role: only in this way can seamless collaboration and a holistic view of customer needs function.

Companies that integrate human centered design are fundamentally more successful. This change of perspective requires a certain degree of empathy and an open curiosity about human behavior. Companies can only anticipate the use of their services to a certain extent – real life always teaches us better. If you look closely, you will discover that your customers are a source of innovation.
We believe that user-centricity is a must for AI-supported services and have met with a lot of open ears. The event brought experts from a wide range of industries together in one place. And inspired us.

A warm welcome, a great location and the common goal - creating excellent services - made the Service Excellence Day at Samhammer an all-round successful event. Thank you for the inspiring day and the exciting exchange.

See you next time!
