With user centricity and stakeholder management to the sound of the city.
why does robin, July 2024
Big stage for the BVG Audio Branding Case, in which service design plays a decisive role.
At this year's CXI, Europe's largest corporate design conference, our colleagues Ann-Christin Ahrens and Sebastian Waschulewski had the opportunity to talk about what it's like to design the sound for Berlin's public transport company.
This sound has a special task: it has to navigate over a billion passengers through the city every year. Therefore, it was not only a matter of developing a sound that fits the BVG brand perfectly, but also of ensuring that it is easy to hear and understood by everyone. User-centricity and stakeholder management were therefore two central tasks that we took on as part of this great project with our service design unit why does robin.
